Fax number for Urgent treatment on FLR (HSMP)

Has anyone got the numbers to fax urgent treatment form for FLR for HSMP Application?

The given numbers are not working as the lines are down since yesterday.

Also, if I send them the urgent treatment application through, email would they consider it a valid request?

Their fax numbers are 0114 2743101 and 0114 2743102 as per FLR(IED) application page 18.
