I'm pretty sure someone said that the HO sends RCs with a special delivery service anyway. I would not bother. I enclosed a prepaid 9 am envelop for the return of my passports when I applied, as I did not want to be without any IDs or no possibility to travel for 6 months, but if you are only awaiting your RC and it's really the last days, I don't see why you would do that...

Hello everyone,
Just wanted to share my good news with you.
I have applied for ROR in the middle of April . Received invitation for biometrics on 6th of May , Today received all the document back - with the letter saying that I was granted with visa. Waiting for the residence card which will arrive in 10 working day.
Does any one received Retained Right of residence very recently , do they give stickers now or the separate cards?
I wish good luck to every one here !

Hi guys,

I just checked the royal mail tracking number with the envelope we sent and it was delivered today, but we were not there! , so probably tomorrow morning I'm going to pick it up, I can update everyone tomorrow.

but it's royal mail... so should I be expecting the documents and hopefully a "your card will arrive in 10 working days?" or do you get RCs through the royal mail as well as through DX? I would really prefer getting the RC right away and be done with the waiting  ...

I'll post something tomorrow, at least I will know. good news or bad news I will finally know something :), but hoping for good news !!!

Applied on April 17th
