Self emplyed and Citizenship

Post by lijogrg444 » Tue Sep 15, 2015 9:46 am

Hi,

I applied for citizenship in July 2015 (Married to BC). I was registered as self employed but never started woprking actually and was working full time with an employer. When I filled the form i Mentioned my full time work only . I emailed HMRC that i never started self employement and filled a Self assessment form with 0 eraning alongwith my tax .

I dont have any overdues or anything . Should i contact HO and tell it ? is that going to be ok?

If I should tell them , how can i do that ?

Any help is appreciated

If HO have a question about this matter they will be sure to contact you.

if it helps you relax & stop worrying too much about it you could try calling HO helpline & ask if they need any more details.
