ILR Previous earnings dates

Hi Members,

Please advise me....
I am thinking to apply for ILR end of October 2015. Can I use the previous earnings dates as 18th October 2014 till 17th October 2015. I get paid my first pay on 18th October 2014 and get my last pay on 17th October 2015.
I am confused with the dates, do I need to put the dates for the earnings period or money deposited into the account.
Actually, the first pay (18th October 2014) was for the period of prior 4 weeks. Can I include that into my previous earnings?

Many thanks for getting back to me so promptly.
Actually I am going to claim points from three employer payments.

I am thinking to apply on 24th October 2015. So I am thinking to claim points for the period 17th/18th October 2014 till 16th/17th October 2015.

1. The first job started a long ago and they pay four weekly, so I get paid on 17th October 2014(payslip dated 18th October 2015) and I will get my last pay on 16th October 2015(payslip dated 17th October 2015).

2. Second job started on 27th October 2014 and finished on 31st July 2015. I used to get pay on 15th of each month for the whole month. i.e. 15th Nov 14, Dec 14, Jan 15 till 15th July 15.

3. Third job started on 1st September 2015 and they pay every month 15th in arrears. i.e. I got paid today (15th Sep 2015) for the previous 15 days and next month 15th they will pay for whole 30 days. (15 days from Sep and 15 days from October.

Please let me know if you can't understand my explanation.

As far as I have confirmed with multiple reliable sources, It is indeed deposited date which matters. Take it this way..

In case of self employed, a person can get paid after 3-4 months of providing the service, so thats fine. But when he applies for the ILR, it is the 12 months time period which HO is interested in. It is not when that work was done/carried out. What matters is within the 12 months period how much a person has earned and that is based on the dates of the payment when the payment is deposited in the bank account.

There is one similar case in this forum which was refused at PEO because the caseworker used the 12 months period from the first date the payment was made to the date when the payment was last made and then the earning didnt match to what the applicant was claiming.

As far as I have gathered the information, you should be fine by using 18th October 2014 to 17th October 2015 as the earning date falls within 1 year or 365 days. As I said, the date when the amount is paid into your bank account matters. It does not matter for what period u got paid between the dates of 18th October 2014 to 17th October 2015.

Also, I mentioned about the below refusal where caseworker used the dates when the salary was paid in the bank account of the applicant and not for which period the salary was paid on those dates.
