Well dublin seems to have been bombarded with quite a lot of cases, they are taking really long now a days. Anyways about the marriage certificate - I have got the urdu and english translated nikkah nama and the NADRA marriage certificate. I will go ministry of foreign affairs to get it attested and stamped.khanmzk wrote:pti2323 sorry i just saw your post you must be refering to my old post on 26th august i got only incomplete refusal when i collected my docs for gerrys office islamabad..2 days ago i got full refusal letter..
If UK refused on ground of marriage of convenience, then Ireland will know and it will be relevant to them.rajib4u wrote:hi is it really necessary to declare immigration history of uk? i dnt think it should matter in family permit case. as they can not solely refuse on the basis of not declaring everything of uk history.
They may refuse and use UK refusal as a justification, if it was not appealed or there is no material change of circumstances .rajib4u wrote:thanks obie for your reply.. will they still find out even i dnt declare it? can they refuse me on the basis of uk refusal?
