Need your advice on an issue.

I've been sorting out my documents and was going through my payslips and noticed that my first payslip has a number wrong in my NI number.

I spoke to my employer and they said they can't get it reprinted so I'm not sure if that is an issue or is that something they will pick up on. Should I get a letter from them stating they have made this mistake and do I need to contact HM Revenue?

Not sure what to do so any help will be appreciated.

Jazakallah
Must at least get a letter of explaination from employer or you will get refused

biometric done: 26-08-2015
visa applied on : 07-09-2015
document received at shefield office : 08-09-2015
Visa catergory: Settlement
Type: Wife

https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... _tests.pdf

Notes:
1) Spouse & partner
: If you intend to apply under the spouse and partner route you must provide evidence that you have passed the speaking and Listening components of a test at level A1 or above. You do not need to demonstrate reading and writing skills. Where a test examines all four components (speaking, listening, reading and writing) you do notneed to pass the reading and writing components, you only need to evidence passing the speaking and listening components.

2) Settlement
: If you intend to apply under the settlement route you must provide evidence that you have passed the speaking and listening components of a test at level B1 or above. You do not need to demonstrate reading and writing skills. Where atest examines all four components (speaking, listening, reading and writing) you do not need to pass thereading and writing components, you only need to evidence passing the speaking and listening components.

Could you please explain this to me plz

Dont worry bro

A1 city&guilds test is only accepted if test taken before April 2015 and will not be able to be used for immigration purposes after November 5th, b1 is used for ILR so u can take the b1 when applying for FLR then use it for ILR...

When did your wife sit the exam??

Asalammu Alaykum got the following from UKVI what does it mean? Or is it a generic email Thanks.
Your online application has been received in Sheffield, UK. Your application is currently being prepared for consideration by an Entry Clearance Officer.

Please note that if you have lodged your Settlement application in the Caribbean region or Nigeria you must ensure that your UK sponsor has sent all relevant supporting documentation to the visa section in Sheffield. We will not start to assess your application until we are in receipt of these.

Please note that UKVI aims to complete all Visit Visa applications within 15 working days and all Settlement Visa applications within 12 weeks of the application date. If it is not possible to complete your application within this timeframe a member of our team will contact you to explain why.

If you have paid for Priority Service, your application will be placed in front of the queue and assessed ahead of other non-priority visa applications. As indicated in the terms of service, the amount paid for the priority service, as well as the visa fees, is not refundable if the visa application is refused or if the decision is delayed.

We regret that we are unable to respond to enquiries asking about the status of any application. Staff at Embassies, visa processing centres and visa application centres cannot assist with visa enquiries. You may also wish to view the current processing times for applications made in your country.

A further email will be sent to you to confirm when your application has been assessed and dispatched. If your application was made in a Visa Application Centre, the staff there will contact you when your documents are ready – please do not attend the Centre until you are requested to do so.

Please note that you are advised not to purchase flight tickets until you have secured a visa for travel to the UK.

Further information is also available on the UK visas and immigration website.

Kind regards,

Sheffield Visa Section
