we are all outside the UK as we are appealing against a decision that was made outside of the UK?Lazoo wrote:Hello , how long does it take for an appeal to be heard if you are outside the UK.
I complianed to the home office email I dont know if it will make a difference as I'm going on the basis that it has for some people in the past but it's worth a shot. I just told them my scenario and basically the eco did not do his job. I'm focusing more on my MP's letter and my appeal but who know what will happen, Inshallah the best out comeAnnonymous wrote:Hi Brother Raymandosnr,Raymandosnr wrote:My timeline updated:

What did you complained about brother ?? and is that complain proved to be any helpful to you in regards to your wifes visa application/appeal process.
I am asking this cause I've complained a lot about the UKVI in fact every where but nothing really worked out for me .
@brother asif try to read more Salah and pray more strongly from Allah SWT for your success in your appeal. Try to visit your wife in Pak if possible I am also praying for you and for every one.
@stillwaiting 123 have you heard any thing as today is almost 14th September Gone regarding your review?
Remember me in your prayers and I'll also remember every one in my every Prayers.
Good luck to every one for their spouse visa application/appeals.
I appealed a week after 12th August so my appeal date should be a week after Inshallah.stillwaiting123 wrote:hi everyone

2 people who's deadlines were 6th October have both gone to court and 1 whos deadline was 30th september...
another appealed 11th or 12th August and deadline is 25th december..
and update on mine...
called 2 times today just incase they give me different answers and no the bhc have not responded yet, however i have just exactly 6 weeks as of tomorrow of my deadline left and according to the pattern now..
they normally let u know if its listed for court like 2/3 weeks before deadline so the next THREE weeks are very crucial for me !!! please pray that i get good news please...
Pray there a nice MP and tell them your situation and that you would like for them to contact the home office, remember keep it short and sweetasif_sharif wrote:still nothing for me might contact ilford MP

I'm really hoping someone can give me some advise.
Applied for husbands spouse visa in Islamabad 03/12/2013
Visa refused 07/08/2014
Appeal submitted 05/09/2014
1st Tribunal date: 06/03/2015 - cancelled due to a lack of judges
2nd Tribunal date:01/06/2015
At the tribunal I went with legal representation. No one turned up from the home office, and the judge allowed the visa.
Decision was issued on 09/06/2015
I contacted the home office at the start of July and was advised that it could take 6-9 weeks for my husband to get a call letter to resubmit his passport.
I contacted my local MP who has contacted the home office on a number of occasions and been advised that actually it could take 12 weeks for my husband to get a call letter.
I have written to the Croydon immigration office - no response
Emails to the home office and the British embassy - either getting no response, or being told that the application is under process.
Phoned the home office to investigate and after a week was told 'under process'
My solicitor has sent letters and emails to the home office and the embassy but has not received any responses other than 'under process'
I have now also contacted one of our local councillors in addition to speaking with my local MP.
My husband has tried to contact the British Embassy over the phone, and is transferred to a number of different people before being cut off. He has also contacted the Gerrys office for information, but as expected there is only so much they can do.
I am sending a letter to the embassy today with a copy of the appeal determination letter, including the full report as I feel like I've run out of all possible avenues.
I know the visa process is never easy and certainly not always fast. But it has now been nearly 15 weeks since we went to the tribunal. We are due to have our first child at the start of December, which isn't that far away and I would like my husband to be here before then.
Any suggestions or advice that anyone could offer would be greatly appreciated. I don't know what else to do or who else to contact.
First of all Masha Allah lots of heartiest congratulations on winning the appeal.
2nd thanks a lot for sharing your experience with us on the forum.
If I was you I think I should contact the Court and mention all the length of time which has already passed now in your husband visa case. They'll definitely help you in this situation as the decision was issued by the courts.
Would you also like to share the reason for refusal for your husband.
This is the biggest dilemma of this country that the immigration systems is in tatters. No body will listen to your voice no matter you go to your MP or where ever all I can say to you is just contact the court and mention this explicitly to the court that the Home office is not obeying the court decision which is a clear contempt of court by not issuing your husband visa.
Kindly keep us updated on the forum.
Remember me in your prayers and I'll also do the same in my every prayers.
Good luck to all.
Thank you for your response.
Following from seeing your post this morning, I received an email from UKVI advising me to contact the courts as well. The courts told me to contact the foreign and commonwealth office, who directed me back to the UKVI. I spoke to the UKVI, and was told that they don't ever issue call letters... Sounded like she just wanted to get off the phone. Anyway, she suggested that my husband go to Gerrys with the determination letter, as that is apparently all that is needed to submit the passport. He has tried this before, and failed. But I asked him to contact Gerrys again to ask, before he made the journey. As expected, they told him that he couldn't resubmit his passport without a call letter. So I phoned the UKVI back, and spoke to a much more helpful man who advised that a call letter should have been received by now. He has escalated the enquiry as a priority for me. He also recommended that I wrote an email via the online gov.uk form, and he told me exactly what to write. I have sent this email, and hopefully might get something more than 'under process'
My husbands visa was refused because my second job was considered not genuine. I had provided 8 months bank statements and wage slips at the time. But I guess sometimes the ECOs for whatever reason miss out certain documents. When I went for the appeal I provided letters from HMRC to prove my employment, and further bank statements and wage slips.
I also went and visited my MP again today. I'm trying everything I can think of really.
InshAllah we all get through this quickly. I know how hard it is to go through, and I wouldn't want anyone else to have to experience it. My duas are with everyone
Salam,Salam bro
My refusal reason is very similar because my pay slips and bank statement was not showing the exact amount and the case worker refused the application. So we have now appealed providing the p60 and HMRC letter. However there's a small error that has been made by me. Because nowadays I'm living with my mum I gave my mums home address to HMRC so they can send the letters there but my original address is in Birmingham, do u think they would pick on that point I the appeal processs ? I'm confused.
Congratulations - finally done good newsakhan47 wrote:Thank you everyone for your warm wishes.

akhan47 wrote:This might be useful for a lot of people.
The letter says your passport must have more than 6 months left on it before it expires. Also says you have to submit within 10 days and to make a copy of the letter, submit the original and then when you are called to collect passport you must show the copy.
Mashallah great news, was she emailed the call in letter and also can I ask what the reason for refusal wasakhan47 wrote:Thank you everyone for your warm wishes.
