for example in my case the requirement is £28,400 for 39 hours if prorated on 35 hours basis then I need £ 25,487. My salary is £ 23,000 plus guarenteed bonus of £ 3,000 which will be paid twice a year( half at start and half in end of year) Is that fine?

Also from sponsor if they ask the reason to reduce the hours from 37.5 to 35 can the reason be that break time has been increased from half an hour to one hour is a sufficient reason?

My visa expiring on 28th March 2016 but the end date on my COS is 14 March 2016. Can we put start date on new COS as 29 March or it has to be 15 March 2016?

If I send my application end of March but before 28 March, will I still be eliglbe to work with my sponsor?
yes if you apply before 28 March

the CoS can be assigned any time if it is no more than 3 months before your application, e.g. in January or February. so what I am thinking now is to ask my employer to generate COS start of March and I will send my applicaiton on 10 March which is thursday so they receieve it next day.
