Hi guys,
I must say people here are really helpful and hv gud knowledge.
I need help to apply PR for my wife. She is eu national and been living and working in uk since 2009. She has got 3 P60 out of these years .she lost rest of 2.
Can anyone tell me what documents she needs to get PR. Can we get rest of 2 P60 from HMRC?
She never took registration certificate from uk govt..i heard tht u need to apply for registration certificate rst first before u apply for PR. We manage to get her 5 years bank statements fom bank...we do have some letters on her name..

Can someone guide me what documents she needs to apply for PR..

I would post it to both the same address where you sent your application and to the address on your COA, but also, I think a few weeks ago someone posted a link where you can do it online.

I was wondering, if it's your second application for RC and you've had your first one since 2010, why don't you apply for Permanent Residency instead?

good morning. I finally got my delivery today. My BRC will send within 10 working days. :D
And my letter dated at 14th of sept.
I think I included envelope really helped , they post all my documents back to me immediately when they signed the letter. But I regret I didn't pay first class with garentee delivery before 9am. Both of us are working .

Thank you all here to share their timelines and answer questions , helped really a lot .

I probably will ask work from home next week so I won't miss delivery again.;)))

Congratutions to all people who got there RC and CoA.

My EEA spouse currently changed her Job, and we called home Office to ask if we need to send them the employers deatils and payslips, but surprisilngly the said No i dont need to and i called them later after few hours to confirm same thing and the still said No i dont need to send. The said what is important is that she was employed at that time we made the application.

What you guys think? any suggestion please

Any more good news from april applicants?

Hopefully more good news this week--they seem to be sending out a lot lately!

Just to check.. for those April applicants who got their RCs, did most of you send an envelope with your application to get your documents back quicker? Or are these timelines more standard, receiving RC pretty much 5 months after you submitted, even if you didn't send a special delivery envelope?
Thanks!

Hi Kristo,
can you please advise us the phone number?
We are in the similar situation.
I called 03001232253 and they advised us to send updated letter to Liverpool address.

I think it makes sense that they only care about her situation at the time of application. Don't worry about it.
My posts express what I believe are the facts, based on the best of my knowledge, about the topics discussed in this forum. They do not constitute immigration advice.

Hello Everyone,
Is any one here , who has recently received their approval for Retained Right of Residence after divorce.
My question ; Do they send sticker visa or BRP Card?
Thanks a lot.

Hey
Im one of the member of this forum. I needed your advice on my case.Would be great help.
I received COA letter with rights to work, which I hope is the really good news for the visa outcome.
Statistically what are the chances of me getting the visa.
Do people still get refuse after getting COA with rights to work?

Thanks

Hi,

Since I'm new to the boards, I'm not sure whose posting monthly but would like to update as below:

Submitted application - 31.07.2015
Submitted biometrics - 08.08.2015
Received COA - 16.09.2015 (After emailing on 11.09.15 to enquire since it had been over 21 days)

Regards,
Danny
