Tier2 Online Application- No immigration history section

Hi,

I am currently applying for a Tier-2 visa online. I have been refused a visa before due to incorrect information on CoS, so I am making a fresh application. I have heard people talking about questions such as, have you ever been refused a visa? However, I am at the end of my application and I couldn't find that section.

Has it now been removed, or am I filling in a different form?

Please could someone advise?

You are probably filling a wrong form. After travel history questions, its question number 31 which asks "HAVE YOU BEEN REFUSED A VISA FOR ANY COUNTRY
INCLUDING THE UK IN THE LAST 10 YEARS?'

-Personal Information
-Legal Rep
-passport details
-other history
-Involvement in war crime
-involvement in terrorism
-support in terrorism
-express views that justify terrrorism.
-criminal convictions
-additional information
-receipt of public funds
-sponsor
-english language
-current status
-documents
-payments.

So nowhere there was a question for immigration history.

Please can you advise?
I have already submitted the application form. Do you reckon I should add a cover letter stating about my previous refusal of my visa, as my original degree certificate is with home office. However, I do still have a diploma certificate which gives the information on my degree.

double check everything. . Its not possible that this question is not asked. Make sure u applied correct catogery. Or file a fresh application if u havent still made payment.

I have applied in Tier-2 general less than 3 years and the charge for premium application was 1051, so I assume I have applied in the right category.

On the Top left hand corner, it says BETA- This is a trial service.

Just assuming that this is a new service?

One last thing Faddi. Will I get interviewed in my premium application centre regarding my previous refusal?

My employer has changed the job title altogether and have issued me with new COS and Salary.

I am not sure abt interview. Even if they take interview, just explain them honestly about wrong info mistakenly put on cos by employer.
