could you please advise? i am a bit confused, i think it rigt but a bit confused?

Notes:
1) Spouse & partner
: If you intend to apply under the spouse and partner route you must provide evidence that you have passed the speaking and Listening components of a test at level A1 or above. You do not need to demonstrate reading and writing skills. Where a test examines all four components (speaking, listening, reading and writing) you do notneed to pass the reading and writing components, you only need to evidence passing the speaking and listening components.

2) Settlement
: If you intend to apply under the settlement route you must provide evidence that you have passed the speaking and listening components of a test at level B1 or above. You do not need to demonstrate reading and writing skills. Where atest examines all four components (speaking, listening, reading and writing) you do not need to pass thereading and writing components, you only need to evidence passing the speaking and listening components.

Could you please explain this to me plz

Dont worry bro

A1 city&guilds test is only accepted if test taken before April 2015 and will not be able to be used for immigration purposes after November 5th, b1 is used for ILR so u can take the b1 when applying for FLR then use it for ILR...

When did your wife sit the exam??

Does this mean you can still use the A1 English test for further leave to remain application after November 5th 2015?

Can you use the same A1 certificate in 2.5 years for further leave to remain?

As you said you need B1 for ILR.
I'm not 100% are but don't u think its better to just do it for FLR then just use it for ILR too??

yes you probably right to do the B1 in advance and use it FLR and ILR.

But ILR will be in 5 years time so I was thinking just use the same A1 test for FLR
But I cannot find the evidence for it anywhere if we can use it.

Then again if you start the B1 test early you never know after 5 years it might be only valid to a certain date

That's also true but I don't think the a1 city&guilds will be acceptable for immigration purposes... So better to do b1

You need to do two things:

1. Send an official complaint to complaints@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk and give all you case details and why you were refuse and that you believe that the ECO did not do his job properly as your results are clearly online

2. Go to an open surgery or book an appointment with your local mp and tell him your story and also take all relevant evidence and he will contact ukvi and if successful they can get you your visa in two weeks inshallah
I'm going to see my MP on Friday inshallah and hopefully everything goes well as I have already appealed and submitted an official complaint
Tanks for the advice n sorry for late reply
Is it still ok for complaint if on my refusal letter it said could not verify online by the eco the leter by cambridge they wrote that on the day of examintion a photo was taken of by husband but due to technical fault it was not online for verifyfor the ukvi they hav privided the leter and have written that they can ask for manual. So can i still complaint as it was cambridge that effed up ????? Would like your advice onthis please tanks
Hi Guys, Today My visa has been refused coz of English Language KET test
