PEO Appointment checklist

This is what we have gathered; please provide your kind input to enhance/reduce in the list of documents

We will take photocopies of all documents except the application form


Identity documents and payment of IHS and fees

1. Applicant’s passport x 2 – one cancelled as damaged (used to enter UK) and current replacement valid passport
2. Sponsor’s Passport
3. Immigration Health Surcharge payment confirmation email
4. Immigration Health Surcharge number confirmation email
5. Appointment Booking Confirmation
6. Payment sheet (showing visa fee paid)
7. BRP issued in 2013 with first leave to remain

2 colour passport-sized photos – Applicant
1 colour passport-sized photo – Sponsor
FLR(M) Form completed

Financial documentation

a) 6 months of Sponsor’s pay slips (March 2015 to August 2015 showing over £1550 gross)
b) 6 months of Sponsor’s bank statements showing corresponding credits, highlighted
c) Sponsor’s P60
d) Sponsor’ employment contract x2 (My job terms were changed in Feb 2015, moved from perm zero hours to permanent salaried contract)

e) Letter from Sponsor’s Employer stating:
- Sponsor has been employed since xx/xx/xxxx
- Sponsor is on a permanent contract
- Sponsor gets paid £ABC p.a. and is getting it since 21st Feb 2015
- Sponsor is in continuous employment with the business since Feb. 2010 without interruption and was offered a different job in Feb. 2015

Mortgage statement from 2013-2014
Mortgage statement from 2014-2015
Deed of property showing ownership purchased online for £3 as suggested here

Print outs from rightmove showing the size (3 bed property and only both of us live here) oh the cat lives here too and thinks she owns the place

Should we take the original deed of property with us??

English language requirements

MSc Degree certificate – studied in UK - used during the first FLR application

Proof of relationship and Cohabitation

- Marriage Certificate
- a joint letter issued on parents address where we lived just after the marriage for two months, (for which we provided the housing report during last application) outside the required two years in past from the date of application (dated March 2013)
- 15 pictures from wedding till recent time
- 3x joint correspondence
a) Joint bank statement same as the one showing proof of sponsors wages (is it OK?)
b) Joint savings account statement from a different bank
c) Home insurance for a rented property where we lived after marriage and then moved to our current place

Sponsors Individual correspondence on same address as applicant

a) Car insurance papers – Nov 2013 sent to current address
b) DBS certificate – April 2014 sent to current address
c) Virgin bill – July 2013 sent to old rental property
d) Credit card statement – august 2015 sent to current address

Applicant’s Individual correspondence on same address as sponsor

a) HMRC Letter intimating the tax code for the tax year - dated July 2014 sent to current address (is that OK form of correspondence?)

b) Bank statement from an individual account – dated July 2013 – sent to old rental property
c) Credit card statement – dated April 2015 sent to current address
d) Single savings account statement – dated Sep 2013 sent to current address

Other Joint proof of correspondence that can be used however shows applicants married name (her identity documents show her maiden name as teh name isn’t changed to married name legally) so not sure if Home Office consider them as acceptable or not

1) Council tax bills x 3 (1 from rental home and 2 from current address)
2) Water Bills

Query

Do we need to take proof of holiday/honeymoon? Tickets or travel insurance etc to show subsisting relationship

Anything else you think would be needed or we should add into the mix?
