Hey Every One!

Ive been following this forum for nearly a month.. its great to see how people are getting their visa's within the given time.I am a June Applicant and I guess I might be the only June Applicant here lol.first of all here's my Timeline and then ill share my story:
EEA FM Application Sent: 15/06/15
Biometrics Dated: 19/06/15 Received and Submitted:26/06.15
CoA w/Right to work Dated: 03/07/15 Received:10/07/15

So... that said.. here is my story:
Last year on June 2014.. my wife then partner and i submitted an EEAFm unmarried partner application my wife being Portuguese and I being a Pakistani national that is.. So i recieved my CoA with right of work.. i started working in dominos pizza things were going well untill the immigration enforcement raided my work place.. three people were taken away. i was interrogated and they took a surprise interview from me.. they asked the details of my wife.. where she worked.. her DOB u knw the usual stuff... then they asked me to hand em over my phone to see if we really were a couple we would have pictures as well as msgs.. i showd em the pictures the msgs and even my facebook page.. so they were convinced they clarified that we were a genuine couple and they left..
We had sent the application through a solicitor who basically did not inform us that our decision had come in november and it was a rejection where the home office said there werent enough evidence. i had applied for another job.. where the employer had asked if i was legal.. and they told him i wasnt as they had refused my application and this was in january... so due to their sheer negligance we couldnt even appeal.. we submitted another application and within during this time we decided to get married.. so we also gave our intent to marry but during this time i was given no right to work due to which i stayed without work for 6 months.. which came further ahead in march so we had to let the home office decide if we could get married.. the home office sent us a letter stating that they shall interview us by the 22nd of may in order to decide if we should get married or not.. and asked for our details.. we gave em our details and we didnt get any reply form them at all..on the 21st of may i emailed em and asked about the progress of the interview they said it is still to be decided.. in the end of may we recieved a letter saying they have decided not to launch an investigation.. and hence we could get married.. so we got married and sent a fresh application as our other application was rejected and we had sent and appeal so we had to withdraw the appeal..
later on I also asked for return of documents as i needed to travel to attend my brother's wedding .. the home office sent our marriage certificate but not my passport stating since my previous application was refused they had sent my passport to the local immigration enforcement group.. i phoned em and they refused to hand me back my passport askin why i was still here and that the only way they would give me back my passport will be if i get my residence card or if i volunteer to go back to my country for good.. so thanks to them ill be missing my brother's wedding which is next week.. so that is my story.. lol
so lets hope nothin crazy happens this time.. I hope there are more people from june batch!

I am afraid but that is the only way they can verify your identity and your right of residence. The online checking service is only available for British citizens with a valid UK biometric passport who wish to use the same picture.
Send it through Special Delivery and add a return envelope. 6 years ago I sent mine on a Monday got it back on Friday the same week with the actual driving licence following the next Friday. It is precious but it will be in safe hands 8)

Yesterday, I posted a question on how to avoid sending your original RC to the DVLA for a UK driving license. I did some research and got 2 answers from the DVLA. As it turns out, there's absolutely no way to avoid posting your original RC to the DVLA.

However, on a bright note, I discovered that there's a form called BRP RC that one can use to get a replacement card relatively easily if a BRP is lost or stolen. So, it won't be necessary to reapply and wait another 5-6 months.

I sent the employment changes to the following address;

UK Visas and Immigration
Permanent Migration
PO Box 306
Liverpool
L2 0QN

I sent with special delivery, they received the letter and stamped it two days later on the letter.

Best it to write a cover letter explaining what the documents are and why you are sending them.
