Post by firoz365 » Thu Sep 17, 2015 4:20 pm

Hi,
I am a contractor and I am planning to apply for ILR soon.
The contract letter (Job Offer) is digitally signed. It looks like a photocopy. Is that acceptable ?

Many Thanks In Advance

Why do you need the offer letter for your application?

Don't you have payslips that match payments made into your bank account?

if you are working as contractor, it mean u are on tier 1? if yes, then u dont need to show that u are currently working/ or required for foreseeable future.
your accountant should provide you payslips/accounts for the proof of earning
