Hi All
Just wondering if anyone could help me out,I am applying for RoR soonest as i am finalising my divorce after 3 and half years marriage to my eea national partner. 
1.Do i need to show that she's excercising treaty right before and during divorce if i can produce her Hmrc statement of earning for past 5years?
2. Having been working for 5years including maternity allowance for 7months,has she acquired permanent residency or must she apply for one?
Any help would be great. Thanks
