The employer's declaration will do then, hope it was stamped..kristo wrote:Thanks Teerak, unfortunately her new employer dont give contract but he already filled the Employers declarations in (Page 66), So i will send that with payslips and cover letter to HO next week.Teerak wrote:Kristo, I would update their records by sending the new work contract and payslips, because during consideration of the application they might decide to call that old employer, and you know what will happen when the employer says the EEA person is no longer employed at their establishment...kristo wrote:Congratutions to all people who got there RC and CoA.
My EEA spouse currently changed her Job, and we called home Office to ask if we need to send them the employers deatils and payslips, but surprisilngly the said No i dont need to and i called them later after few hours to confirm same thing and the still said No i dont need to send. The said what is important is that she was employed at that time we made the application.
What you guys think? any suggestion please
Where you able to get a job with your CoA?
I am in employment presently, but I will start looking for a better paid job next week with the COA. You can get a job with theCOA, which kind of employment you looking for? If it's through an agency it will be easy as they know all about COA, some employer don't know, so they just want to see Visa on your passport or BRP.
