Please see the link above for children born outside the UK to non British parents the child needs to be without restriction on their stay in the UK, meaning have indefinite leave to remain before they will be permitted to register as British .[/quote]

Thanks babycakes

That mean I am not eligible for my daughter registration.

Now my baby visa is expired on 20/08/2015, can I apply ILR now for her or FLR FP, If i can apply IlR than SET O or SET F which application please.

I am planning for consideration but do u have any idea how long it will take time for reconsideration please. I highlighted below article also:

Registration at the Home Secretary’s discretion – Section 3(1) application
Children born abroad to parents who are applying for British citizenship
Where one or both parents are applying for British citizenship they may apply for one
or more children who are not automatically British at birth (see “Automatic acquisition
of British citizenship” above) to be registered as British citizens as part of a “family
application”. Children in this category will be considered at the Home Secretary’s
discretion and will usually be registered only if both the parents are granted or already
hold British citizenship, or if one parent holds British citizenship and the other is
settled in the UK.

Thanks Ali97

Good information on this link: After read all this information, I got confidence that I will go first for reconsideration if not success than I will go for SET F, I was bit worried that my daughter visa is expired but SET F can apply after visa expired also.

Hi

You can travel with your son you will not have any problems going to Pakistan but he won't be able to enter UK without valid visa or registration certificate.

Why don't you contact HO and your local MP to expedite your sons application and attach doctor letter I'm sure they will send you in 10 working days hopefully. Make sure you attach doctor letter.

Good luck I hope you get soon. May Allah give shifa to ur dad.

Thanks

I am getting conflicting information from different sources, hence the query here.

Myself and my wife are due for ILR at the end of October and we have booked a PEO appointment for both of us.

I am planning to get an Indian passport for my UK born 4 month old child, as we are planning to travel to India in December. This is because we will not have time to apply for MN1 registration & British passport for the child.

Whether to apply for FLR(O) or SET(O) for our child, along with our ILR applications? or to apply which visa from India?

Kindly dont do this it's not allowed and you will be in big big trouble . you cant move passport for a person ... your son passport will have no exit record and once he will come from abroad to UK , you will get in big trouble . wait for right time
Thanks

it is indeed very frustrating, I have been calling HO twice a week for the last one month (as I have a family emergency) but all I get is a standard response. I also got in touch with my MP for help but no luck. What else can I do?

@ taz123...

Yes , it's quiet frustrating but all we have to do is wait ... Can you do the following

1) Check with NCS if any updates come to them ( in case )
2) Check your references , have they received any call from HO ( in case)
3) Are you living at same address what was being mentioned in MN1 form ?
4) On 02/10/2015 pick up the phone and dial HO number while selecting " yes 6 months has been passed".
Thanks

Ali
