Just want to let u know guys that ho refuse my visa with really facing funny reasons..for most of Asians just want to tell one thing that don't even accept that they will gv u visa..so many friends of mine gt refused with really really funny reasons..the mens came to home visit they are big layers..they lied clearly for so many things..they are big resist and just making excuse to don't gv visa to Asian..I don't understand why they don't declare that they don't want to keep Asians

Hi I applied in January and ho check with my husband employer in July and I gt home visit in end of July..they refused my visa and send me letter with reason that our relationship not looks genuine.. The reason is they asked for my husband cloths I show them they said that clothes wasn't looks like used.. Reallyyyy . They said his toiletries wasn't looks used and they made some more funny reasons like this..
I don't understand why they don't declare that they don't want to give visa..2-3 friends of mine gt same problem..
We are working hard and paying lots of tax..not taking benefits like others and still they don't like us

Adik (and everyone else whose application has been refused),
You should know that there's no limit on how many times you can apply for RC, you can appeal of course, but at the same time you can always submit a new EEA FM application for RC, you can submit them every day if you wanted to and they would have to send you a new COA and give you a new response within 6 months. So, in this case, you need to prepare better evidence for your relationship, get more photographs, letters, bills, payslips, taxes, and other documents with both your names on them and submit a new application for RC -- whether or not you decide to appeal. Their refusal and your appeal do not prevent you from submitting a new EEA FM application.

How long have you been married? And maybe you could tell us also you and your husband's nationality, if you wish. You don't have to answer all questions, if you don't wan't. I just thought it might be easier for others if we share some info.

Unfortunately I received a letter from home office today, they have sent us a questionnaire that must be completed and submitted within 14 days. They have their doubts as I thought

Please is there anyone who Lives in or around Liverpool (Merseyside) that was able to get a job with his or her CoA? can the person kindly refer me to his/her employer, so i can make job application too. because most agencies i have went for work dont want to understand that i can work with CoA.

Hi Anna, yeah some of them told me the same thing to bring my original passport but i dont wanna ask for my passport until i get my RC. i went to Gap personnel, and the accepted my German resident card as identity card but will accept my CoA without waiting for verification from HO if i have NINo and the work is immediate start, So i will advice you go to them for immediate start if you have NINo.

You should be in the May batch as Vensai suggested but unfortunately i dont know if anybody is compiling the names of May batch.I am however amongst the May batch, Submitted my application on the 7th of May and waiting for the arrival of my RC between 1st and 2nd week in October all things being equal.
Fingers crossed ill keep you imformed if there is any new update.

I have submitted my EAA2 application through the solicitor and my time line is first of may the application was sent and after that I did my biometric finger print and then i have received my COA and Iam waiting for my RC.
My wife is EAA citizen and we have been married for two years and she got part time job and we sent all documents to HO and that checked by the solicitor. Now, I am in the process of waiting and i cant wait anymore honestly that is gonna kill me.
the solicitor said that the HO might call your wife's employer. but so far no one contact them.
My question is they gonna call the employer or they are still not start working on my application or my application seems fine to the

Sorry guys because i havenot answer you about the questionnaire. We had a lot to do, and we still working with evidence. We get married islamic in june 2014, civil partnerchip in february 2015, sent application in april 2015. My husband are a overstayer therfore they do not belive in us. I will post all the questionnaire when i have time. Im really sorry to not post it now because i have not the time, and we have not sleep in the last 3 days.I hope no one of you get this questionnaire, because it is a lot to do. I had to find out all ower sms, calls facebook messager from 2012 when I start dating my husband and all the photos together. They belive that our marrige is proxy marriage
