Will my work permit year be counted towards 5 years?

Post by ampersand » Fri Nov 09, 2007 11:13 am

Hi,
I have been working with WP for 3 years now and I wonder if I switch to HSMP, will ho count these 3 years towards 5 years criteria or will it start from scratch?
Thanks

Hi - yes, it does count. But it doesn't count the other way round, if you go from HSMP to WP.
