Tier2 General Dependant Visa~gap betwn weding and aplication

Hi Gurus,

My wife is planning to drop an Tier2 General Dependant Visa application from India in a couple of weeks time. We got married in December but she had to stay back in India to help her family with some issues. Now everything's sorted in her family and she can come over to UK.
My first question is - would the gap of ~9 months between our wedding and visa application now be a problem?
My second question is - I'm planning to submit the below documentation for the visa application, would this be enough ? or will we have to submit any extra documentation to justify this gap?

- Passport – Dependant
- bank statements – Main Applicant
- salary slips – Main Applicant
- Sponsorship letter from main applicant.
- Copy of passport – Main Applicant
- Copy of Visa card (BRP) – Main Applicant
- Employment Letter – Main Applicant
- Original lodger agreement – Main Applicant
- No objection letter from main applicant’s landlord– Main Applicant
- Original marriage certificate
- Original wedding card
- Wedding and additional photographs
- Additional supporting documents - communication /call history, gift receipts, flight tickets of uk-india travel.
- TB test certificate – Dependant
- B.A. (hons.) Degree certificate - Dependant

Main Applicant = Me , Dependant = My wife

We are just about to submit our application and need advise urgently - PLEASE HELP.

Sorry, I've got another question - just completed my wifes online application on visa4uk, the payment is done and the status is shown as 'complete'. All the below steps are ticked and green, except the last one - 'Register at Commercial Partner'. Is this a mandatory step?

- Application Completed
- Declaration Signed
- BRP Collection Location
- View Appointment
- IHS Payment Completed
- View Payment
- Register at Commercial Partner

Hello,

I've got a query regarding english language requirement for Tier 2 (General) dependant visa application. Is there any english language requirement? Does she have to provide any supporting documents regarding english language?
My wife has an visa appointment in a weeks time and would appreciate if someone could help me with this as soon as possible.
