DETECT A UK VISA ACCEPTANCE OR REFUSAL BEFORE RECEIVING PASS

Hello,

According to following links, emails without reference number indicate that visa gets refused.

I have applied for tier 2 visa and got this email today..

Subject:visa application

Dear Applicant,

A decision has now been taken on your application. Your documents will be sent to you shortly through the Visa Application Centre (VAC). Please use the tracking facility on http://www.visainfoservices.com to check when it is available for collection with your tracking number starting with CSC.

It seems my visa has rejected, yes?
It’s really strange because I event didn't need to prepare bank letter since my sponsor has accepted my maintenance for first month..

Have you seen anyone get accepted with an email without reference number?
Also, the email expressed to track my application in http://www.visainfoservices.com, I don’t this site and it doesn’t even have UK in the list..
I've been tracking my application through http://www.ge2tr.tpcontact.co.uk website and as I checked the decision doesn’t seem to be made in track page.

Any idea?

I got similar email but it has a reference number in subject.
