I am so annoyed about my application because I applied since 22nd of january 2015 and until now no decision yet. I wrote them an email and that what they replied:Tdianecamara wrote:I applied since 22nd of January 2015 and received all correspondence as normal, but now the agency reports is taking longer. I called Inis but they says sometimes it's takes longer for some cases. Considering that I have no criminal record, and never been in court in this country. Why is it taking longer? Can anybody tell me, which stage I am now? How long for the final decision? Because my application will be 6 months on the 22nd of this month.
Thanks Mahersb, mahersab wrote:Mushtaq cheema next ceremony InshaAllaha will be in January 2016

Ceremony?
My eea2 visa will expire on November 2015, Im just waiting for the ceremony, do i have to renew my visa?
Many thanks
Hello Stanic! First thanks for the response, I know that in UK Boarder you dont need to renew it unless you want to travel, but INIS don't recognise, they have their know rules or procedure, I already received my approval but no invitation yet for the ceremony. My only worry is if they request me to renew my visa if im only couple of weeks or month for the ceremony, you know what i mean, the hassle to fill up the form again and waiting time again, so I just hope theres another ceremony on November.Stanic wrote:

My wife's eea2 will expire so I have asked some questions about this and no you do not have to renew. There is no legal obligation to renew the EEA2, it is really just a proof of your rights (if you are exercising treaty rights).
The only issue may be if you are travelling and trying to get back, but you have the acknowledgement letter for this, that is why we are keen to receive ours quickly.
That was a quick one, Congratulations!!NI47JC wrote:From Northern Ireland
