I recieved my documents today along with the approval letter. I must thanks this forum for answering my querries. Please let me know any queries that you may have. I will help in all possible way. My case was as follows:

Sept-April: India
April-Aug: USA.

Docs:
B.Tech certificate
Salary slips ( Signed & stamped )
Bank statements
Letter from employer
ITR & Form16.
Driving Lisence & passport personal details page copy
IELTS.


I have one question about my future plans. Please help me with this.

My company will apply for a work permit and will place me in UK sometimes in Feb. Can I wait till then and apply for FLR once I am in UK in Feb-March.

Is there any rule prohibiting this kind of movement.
