If she applies before November 5th her current English test will be acceptable. She will need to pay the NHS surcharge of £500 online before submitting her visa application.
A postal application will be £649 or if submitted in person at a PSC the premium fee will be £1049.

can't we re-use the 'Degree thgouth in ENglish issued by (UK NAARIC) 'certificate, which was used for Entry Cleanrance.?
