doc required for EC after WP

Hi all,
I have been approved a WP for 5 years by UK EMployer.

Please let me know docs i shd submit for entry clearance from India
also do I need to submit the IELTS score, as the new form introduced by the BHC section 6.1.6 asks for English Language Qualification.
I have earlier stayed in UK for a year on WP from different Employer in similar role.

Recently I had applied for my UK work permit visa.
Following documents are to be submitted:
1) Work permit
2) Job offer letter & contract of employment.
3) Highest Educational qualification proof like degree certificate.
4) Passport
5) Photo 2" x 2"
6) Visa Fees of INR 17000 & INR 170 for courier.
7) Latest employment appointment letter
Payslips of 6 months
9) Financial statements like bank statement for 6 months
10) Old employment release letter or certificate.
11) Filled up visa form
12) Filled up INTEGRA verification form for work permit
13)Passport

All the above are to be submitted in original and take one copy of xerox with you as you need to submit the copy also.

Hope this should help you out.

Regarding the English qualification,declare that English is your first language and you dont need to submit any proof. If it is second language or anything then you need to submit the proof.Go through the guidelines for this section.

I had used the old application form hence didnt find the need for filling that.
