Please help: APPEAL WITHDRAWN FROM FFT BY THE HOME OFFICE WI

I had an appeal scheduled for the 18th of September, alas this morning I got a letter from the FFT saying appellant withdrawn appeal by notice, I have called the FFT and was told that the home office withdrew the appeal because I have been removed, I have called the Home office and was told to fax them, i have not been removed and i have served them both by grounds for appeal on the 1st of August there was no time scale for my submission i am dismayed and confused If anyone could help.

Inform the FFT in writing that you are still in the UK. If the UKVI claim that they have removed you, then they gave false information to the FFT.

The appeal will be reinstated once you inform them I believe.

How could they say you were removed?

Was there no section 3C rights.

Section 78 appears to preclude removal pending an appeal, unless the appeal was certified under 94A.

Dear all,

I have been given a new date for October the UKIV apologised and stated that there was no evidence that I have been removed from the country.
My Mp was instrumental in this decision as my first correspondence with the Ho was negative cos she insisted that she has checked all departure records, we will be preparing for the new hearing.
