Getting NHS Medical Exemption Card allowed in Tier 2

Post by hassanh » Mon Sep 28, 2015 10:33 am

Hi Manci and Other Gurus,

I will highly appreciate your response on this. I am on Tier 2 Visa and have been diagnosed with Thyroid problem. I will have to be on certain medication for life.

I have been told by GP that I can get an exemption card for this medicine and everyone in UK who is using this medicine is eligible for exemption card.

My question is, "Am I allowed to do this?" or will this will count as I have taken any benefits?

Thanks,
Hassan
