Didn't you tell them yourself?

Initially I contacted BRP Collections team, but they said there is no BRP to collect. So I sent a letter to EC Error amendment team. I guess they might have forwarded it to them. But the passport is stuck at EC error amendment team, croydon.

I'm not sure how the EC error amendment team's correction of her visa endorsement, after its expiry, will help?

Hi,
I need guidance on below issue.

my friend has completed 5 years on Tier 2 General visa and about to apply for ILR next week.
My friends wife has got EC from Pakistan on 30/07/2012 and joined his husband in December 2012
we are not sure (no proof)about EC application date in Pakistan, whether it was made before 09/07/2012 or after 09/07/2012.
First Question : Is there any way we can find out about application date for application submitted in Pakistan or not?
Second Question: Can we include Wife in ILR application as 2 years are completed in UK ?
Third Question: Further to call to Home Office call centre, my friend's wife will be eligible for ILR in December 2015, after completing 3 year residence in UK (we haven't heard about this rule, do you have any information about this rule)?
I will be grateful if someone can guide us on above query.

Hi reonred

I'm exactly in the same situation. Tier2 for 3 years for the whole family, but the wrong date in my wife's vignette (expiry date 15/09/2015 instead of 15/09/2018, as everyone else). I sent the documents, as instructed in the ECB19 website, on Sept 03 and then another letter last Friday, but no news so far. I have been unable to contact the RCU team, please let me know if you find a way to contact them. Thanks!
