List of docs and emlpoyer letter - Tier 2 Gen Dependant

Hello members,

Hope you all are well and would appreciate your help please. I have booked a PEO appt at Croydon next week to switch to Tier 2 (general) dependant (spouse) from Tier 4 Student. My wife already extended her T2 visa until 2018 few months back (main applicant).

Please can you kindly check the following documents listed are sufficient for my application, also if the letter that my wife’s employer has provided is ok?

I would highly appreciate suggestions on any amendments/ any other ideas, feedbacks.

1) Completed application form (check date)
2) Original copies of passports and Biometric cards– dependant and wife
3) Bank Statements – dependant (to show maintenance)
4) Passport size photo x 2 copy
5) Registry wedding certificate & Islamic wedding certificate – main copies
6) Letter from wife’s employer
7) FB & whats-up chat sample – beginning of marriage proposal to date (c 5 months)
8. Wedding video and photos
9) Tenancy agreement – with my and wife’s name
10) Utility bill – with my and wife’s name
11) Wife’s payslips – last 6 months
12) Wife’s bank statement – last 6 months
13) 1 covering letter


Employer letter:
“ This is to confirm that ABC who has recently got married to XYZ is a full-time employee of XXX as Manager since 2011 and current salary is £30k per annum plus benefits.

I confirm that the below mentioned details of ABC are correct as per our records.
