I am currently in UK on Tier 2 ICT and below are the details:

1st Tier 2 ICT: Feb 17, 2011 – March 17, 2014
2nd Tier 2 ICT: April 01, 2014 – April 23, 2017 with COS issued on March 14, 2014

My Dates in UK are:
03/May/2011 – 17/Oct/2011
05/Feb/2012 – 04/Mar/2012
29/Jul/2012 – 20/Jan/2013
23/Mar/2013 – 13/Apr/2013
06/Apr/2014 – 30/June/2014
30/Aug/2014 – 28/Feb/2015
18/Apr/2015 – continue…

My salary is more than £55,000 since day 1 in UK.

I have the below questions:
1. Can I continue with my visa extension after April 23, 2017 or do I need to serve a cooling period?
2. Can I switch to Tier 2 General?
3. When can I apply for ILR?

I will be extremely thankful, if you can help me with above queries.
