Application for ILR (WP+HSMP) - Format for Employer Letter

Hi,

I would be completing 5 years in UK (3.5 years on WP + 1.5 years on HSMP) in December 2007. I have been working with the same company throughout this period.

1) Having read the ILR form (section 8.f.), I am bit confused as to what should be the format of Employer letter so that both WP + HSMP employment is covered, can anyone please provide a format which I can use.

2) Can I call PEO office before 28 days to seek face to face appointment?

1. The employment letter does not have to state whether you were working on WP or HSMP. You clarify it in your cover letter for ILR application.

The employment letter must state following:
a. Duration of the employment (start date to till date)
b. Permanent employee
c. Annual pay
d. Job title
e. The employer wishes to continue employing you.

2. Yes you can.
