Applying for ILR. What about spouse on dependent T2?

Post by jordan2311 » Thu Oct 01, 2015 9:42 pm

Hi all,

I have a slight issue here.
Currently I am having a Tier 2 General visa and my wife is on Tier 2 dependent visa. I am going to apply for ILR (10 years residency) 2 weeks later. If ILR is granted to me, both of our T2 visa will be invalidated. So the question is, will my wife be still able to work before she apply for the FLR(M)?

Thank you in advance.

I think that she should be okay to continue working.
