I was searching for the spouse visa appeal timeline in the forum, however I could not find one so created this topic.

Spouse Dependent Visa application : 23 September 2014
Rejection : 31 October 2014
Rejection Reason: Photographs, Call log, Salary Contract letter (UKBA Misunderstood the contractor work concept)
Appeal Doc submitted from UK: 15 November 2014
Fees Deducted: 5 December 2014
Confirmation received: 22 December 2014
ECM Review Deadline : 3 April 2015
ECM Review - (visa yes/no): Waiting

Dear Sir;
I am also at your stage but i wonder how do you know the ECM review date. My family visa was refused for not showing bank history for 90 days prior to application date. Could you please share details about notice of appeal pending if you have received.

Hi Seshukolusu

After submitting Appeal docs, I have received a letter saying ECM review date. you can call the number shown on your appeal doc, and find out ECM timeline.

BTW we have applied for fresh application and my wife got the visa and she is with me in UK now.
