Recently Ho has introduced few new changes, most striking one is 'No appeal right for all PBS applications'. it meant, In worst case scenario, if visa got refused one got to head back to their country. And this will be dead-painful to the T1 entrepreneurs who already will have invested all of their fortune in here.
Gurus and all who have some experience in this issue, please pour your views;
-Is their any other options left when refused, other than AR ?
-Will there be 28 days grace period as previously used to be? and can one reapply or switch to other at that period?
-Once refused, refused in AR as well, visa will be already expired, can one switch to any other routes if there is 28 days given?
All of your views will be highly appreciated in this scenario planning and discussion.
Cheers[/quote
Yes as AR gives you right under 3c so new application (out of time) or change of category could be applied considering switching is allowed under certain categorical s

Could you please all provide more information on this? Does this mean we won't have appeal rights if get refusal?
Is AR in country?
What happens if AR is also refused?
