Tier 2 ICT to General switch

Hello All

Here are the visa details:
Current visa: Tier 2 ICT Long Term valid from Feb 2014 to Mar 2016.
Initial visa / entry clearance: Tier 2 ICT Established Staff valid from Mar 2011 to Mar 2014. Although the visa was valid from Mar 2011, initial entry to UK on this visa was made only on 13-Apr-2011 (after 6-Apr-2011).
1. Please could you confirm if due to this a switch can be made in-country without cooling off period to a new employer who is ready to sponsor Tier 2 General visa?
2. Also, is it okay if the new Tier 2 General CoS is with a SOC job code different from the one in the current ICT CoS.?
3. And, is it okay if the new Tier 2 General CoS is having a lower salary compared to the current ICT CoS.?
