court hearing date: 6 june 2016
reason for refusal was I said my salary was 18400 and ask to consider my saving that was about 8000 pounds as I was not well aware of saving formula (nw I am after refusal).
provided my employer letter saying my annual salary 18400.
in review I get letter from my employer saying apologies for calculation of my annual salary wrong as it was 18700.
as later I received my P60 saying my annual salary 18701 pounds. But unfortunately I didn't get accepted at review.

1. Yes u can apply with 2 jobs
2.your court date is far away but weigh out the pros and con's
3.you could be refused again because of something else this would result in another appeal therefor even more time wasted
4. New application is near enough £1000 and £600 NHS surcharge and also your wife will have to re do tb test and maybe English test too that's another 30,000 rupees (£200)
5.where as in court u will win in my opinion and its £160..
Have a think about it u may not win in court so back to square one or u maybe delayed in your application and it could take 6/7 months after all
