FLR(O) / FLR(M) or other route for Spouse

Hi,

I have ILR granted in April 2015 ( previously on Tier 1)

My wife has Tier 2 ICT VISA since last 4 years (never dependent on my VISA).

Can she switch to the ILR dependent option (with in-country application). If yes, which form to use - FLR(O) or FLR(M) or any other form ?
