Hi soul did get refusal letter from Home Office? Because if you have received refusal letter and the Notice of the Decision you have 14 days retur the apeal. Did you take any copy of your passport? When you send the appeal you dondt need to send orginal documents, you have ony to send a copy of everything. Or do you mean you will send a new application?
I send my appeal today, I send it with, one copy of Notice of Decision, copy of Reason of the Refusal letter, One copy of my EEA-application, 2 copy of marriage certificate, one copy of islamic marriage, one copy of my EEA passport, copy of picture of me and my husband, copy of screenshoots of commication between me and my husband, copy of my employer statemant and payslips, copy of my husband birth certificate and letter from home office confirming that his passport his held by them, letter from( jobcentre, bankstatemant, GP) which are addresed to me and my husband at the same address. If you dondt have the document ready, you can put a list in the appeal that you will take it at the hearing if you choose hearing. We payed money to solicitor to fill out the appeal to us, and it cost us 150 pound. Its easy to filled out by your self, its waste of money to use solicitor
