Regarding judicial review. Advice needed.

recently my judicial review has been refused last week. i planning to leave uk by decembar. can any one here please advice what the next step i can take to extend my stay validate for few more months. Some advice me to apply for FLRO. is that a good idea?

IS your judicial review refused both on papers and oral hearing.. or else it just refused on papers.
