110 Days absence in first year. Need expert advice.

Hi All,

Please advice me what do from here.

I've 110 days of absence in very first year 2011 at a stretch. However total absence is less than 180 days in 5 years.

I was on tier-2 general visa sponsored by my employer during this time. Was in India for a month and then went to another country as requested by employer for a short 2.5 month assignment. My passport has all entr/exit stamp to reflect all journeys.

Now that company is closed and bought over by some big giant in 2012. Not sure what to do. I have no income proof and no letter for this duration.

For my rest of 7 Days, 15 Days and 8 Days leave I have proper letter from my current employer.

Please suggest what to do in this case. I can not say personal reason as passport clearly has stamps for Singapore journey as well (but old passport, not new one)
