Right approach to find a job-pls guide

Hi,

I am about to apply for HSMP and hope to get it done in another 2-3 weeks time. Currently, I'm working in India with 7 yrs of exprience in software devp. (c++, unix, sql).

What is the right approach I should take for find a job after getting HSMP?
1. Register with different job site and wait for agencies to contact you for interview. (The general approach that works in India)
2. Hunt for different recruiting agencies using AgencyCentral and try to get a telephonic interview arranged and get an offer.
3. Come to Uk and search a job.

Option 3 is my last priority because I am well-placed in my current job in India and really don't know if it is worth the risk to quit before having anything else in my hand.

Please Suggest!!

If you want a job in UK, you have to be in UK. Getting a UK job while in India is VERY VERY VERY VERY difficult.

If we plan to come to UK , what is the time frame that we can get a job
i mean does it take a month or 2 or more than 3 months
Because I am not financially strong, i want to earn some good amount of money and overseas experience.

There is nothing like that you will get a job in one month or two month or three month etc...
You may get in one week or it may take few months.
Getting a job in UK is very different as compare to getting a job in India.
UK is very slow when it comes to job hunting.
So, NO ONE can precisely tell you how long it will take.
It depends on varioud factors including your skill, exp etc
