Apply student visa while you are in Judicial Review?

Hi i am in Judicail Review right now in UK and willing to apply student visa to Australia. i did my degree from
one of the best University in uk.

i will qualify for all of the requirement its need for visa and education documents but only wondering if my immigration history in UK (while in JR) cause my visa when i apply to Australia.

i am really appreciate for your kind help and suggestion.

Hi dear im in a same boat ur in. But i want yo apply for immigration. But my question is how u ill apply while u apply jr because u dont hv ur passport with u. N u also need ielts for australia. Thx let me know if u find anyway.
