I have recently received my Indefinite Leave to Remain in UK for myself and my spouse after living in the UK for 10 years. I also applied for my children's Indefinite Leave to Remain under SET (F) application forms as their length of stay was only 9 years, and they have received their Indefinite Leave to Remain as well.
The whole process from sending the application to receiving the Biometric Residence Permits took 3 months.
