Pre July 2012 Spouse Visa FLR or ILR

My cousin's Pre July 2012 spouse visa is about to come to an end. I need some advice with options please.

Is there any difference in terms of lanaguage requirements for FLR or ILR application?

She has A1 certificate, is this sufficient or do you now need B1 and Knowledge of life in the UK for FLR and ILR?

What kind of cohabiliation evidence is required?

What is the currently maintancne level threshold. She has a British child, will the maintainance requirement take into account the child?

Thanks for prompt reply CR001. In asnwer to your question its a spouse of British person visa.

What is the income maintenance for couple with child (the child is dependant but british, therefore not part of the application).

When was the visa APPLIED for and what is the visa start date?

How long was the initial visa granted for?

What is the full immigration history?

The visa was applied for in May 2012. It went to appeal. She was granted the regular spouse visa it expires sometime in November. Other than this she has no other immigration history.
