Withdrawing Tier4 application for Tier2

Hi, I have submitted an application for Tier4 yesterday and got a CoS from my sponsor today. Whats the procedure to withdraw that applocation and apply for Tier2?

Also, I prefer to apply in person at PEO.

When does your current leave expire?

My current leave already expired, my case was with JR and home office withdrawn their JR and asked me to resubmit my Tier4, I did that yesterday and today I got the CoS so I am confused what to do

Your case is complex. I wouldn't even consider a PEO if I were you because they very well may not make the decision on the same day (or very quickly). You can apply to vary your application, providing the Tier 2 application and evidence. Provide a cover letter and explain the situation. Unless of course, you want to continue with a Tier 4...
