Proof of living address for Tier 1 general dependent

Actually I live in rented house where tenancy agreement is on my brother’s name. Now my wife is applying for Tier 1 general dependent outside country. Can anyone pls help if a letter from brother will be ok or I have to put my name on tenancy agreement.

We also bought 3 bed house, got money offered from bank too but it will take time to complete. Will bank offer letter help?

Please advice. Thanks

Any bills, bank statements, Id card showing same address etc

Yeah a letter is there from water that water bill is on my name, also mobile phone bill too :)
my bank statements and driving licence is on this address too.

a letter from my brother (name on tenancy agreement) will be ok? please advice. thanks.
