You may be able to qualify as a Permitted Family member, but you will need to demonstrate more than you do at present.

As they are divorced, it may not be a problem, although you are required to show that all previous relationship have permanently ended.

It will be open to challenge, if they said it has to have ended before tne 2 years will start to count.

You should be ok with the interview i believe given the fact that you have been going out for 3 years.

Interview is not big problem for us .
We already give notification of marriage to registrar before 3 months ago and my partner divorce is also clear but now registrar asking letter from me like what is my status in ireland . I have no status in ireland and i can't produced this letter to registrar .so that's why we thinking to apply as unmaried partner visa . I ask from solicitor and he said i can apply as unmarried partner because we living together 3 yeras and we have proof also .

How long have you lived in Ireland For? Did you and the lady reside in the UK?

Have you got adverse immigration history in UK ?

Was this lady married to a person whom she sponsored previously ?
