Post by adil2009 » Fri Oct 16, 2015 11:11 am

Hello All

I am uk Citizen and planning to move to Ireland ,and would like also apply for my brother with their family to Ireland .At the moment they are back home.

Can you please let me know which documents are required to submit in order to apply for their Ireland join family visa for 3 month first time .

I also heared you can apply for your brother first and when your brother first came in to Ireland then he can apply for his wife with children . Is this True ? Or he can apply with whole family ?
Please reply me . Thanks

I think you can apply for the whole family you just need to prove you are stable enough and got house for them to stay in but it's better if you get solicitors advice they will guide you better....good luck

It's better to check all requirements before you move.
Especially proofs of dependency before you take any step
Otherwise it will cost you too much.

I would advise to get as much information as you can especially from this forum and then engage any solicitor in ireland rather than UK.
