T1 EXtension query !! plz help

I am on 200k ent route now my extension is due in nov 15 ,
my question is i m not registered in hmrc with in six month i am late registerd about 10 months so what i do now go the extension with thiz problem ..? help me guyz ..?

You need to give a calid reason for why you were not registered within six months

My extension is also due in november this year. If you want to ask message me and we can help each other out

Only you know why you didn't register in the required time. You can't lie to HO, you need to be honest.

one more question ..what are the chances in my case if i give true reason tht my solicitor late my registration .??? they will give me extension or not ..?

I think it would be better if you say that i sent the form by post to hmrc but the post was lost. So i had to resend it which delayed my registration
Or you can say something like someone was ill either here or back home that made your registration late but say something that you have an evidence for. Obviously you cant lie and end up with problem

but the truth is tht my solicitor late the registration and i was outside the country for business purpose so what can i do
one more rhing my company is already registered from 2009 but he create my partnership around 10 month after i stamped my visa ..???
