The last payslip and bank statement shouldn't be older than 28 days on the date the application is submitted.

Thanks.

I will be applying on the 29th this month. So, I believe it would still fall within the month category?

However, I am sure that this rule is not for ILR. It's for Tier - 1 applications.

As part of ILR Iam supposed to provide 12 consecutive bank statements, payslips etc in the last 15 months. So Iam sure, this does not apply to ILR applicants.

Correct me if I am wrong.

Hi ,

Most important you have to carry all SA302 from the last 5 years and especially all PAID tax proof during the earlier TIER1 Extension . HO are now quiet strict to self employed people and ask for further documents for verification . I will further add to your list back years company management accounts . Are you VAT registered ? if yes carry proof for VAT submission and payments . Coming to your income source ( limited company source of income ) , you have to attach LIVE and running contracts along with customer cover letter narrating your business activity with them . If possible take with you remittance advice & Business Invoices.

It seems like a big list but all you need to make sure that you get your ILR on same day . Good luck
Thanks

Ali

ILR applicants furnish Bank documents, Payslips, Company Accounts ( because I am a contractor) etc for a period of 12 months in the last 15 months. So where does the most recent payslip come into play ?

Lets say - I intend to furnish Payslips and Document from Aug/2014 to July/2015, which means I obtain

- Business bank statement for the said period
- Accountant letter for the period Aug/2014 - July/2015
- Personal Bank statement for the period Aug/2014 - July/2015
- Payslips and dividend vouchers for that period.

But in the case of Tier-1 Visa extension - then to show maintenance we need to ensure that most recent statement is shown, but in the case of ILR there is no concept of Maintenance ( except point band for Salary )

This is what I think - What is your take on this ? Am I wrong, Can you please clarify ?

Thanks a lot and its quite helpful.

I have P60s for the last 4 years
Since i am a contractor only for the past 1 year ( from Sep 2014 ), I will ( as you suggest) take :

- Business Invoices and Remittance Advice
- Running Contract of Agreement with my client
- Company registration document
- VAT registration document also

Scan copy of Dividend voucher

Post by rakesh5883 » Sun Oct 25, 2015 2:39 pm

I am applying for ILR on Wednesday

I just checked and found that my accountant sent (posted) me a stamped and verified letter for Earnings, Payslips, Dividends etc.

But somehow the accountant missed the Sep/2015 Dividend Voucher and so I have asked her to scan it and send it to me.

This would mean I would have original stamped and verified letter for Earnings, Payslips, Dividends etc. and one dividend voucher( which will be stamped and verified) and it will scanned over to me, Is it fine ?

2013 - October
ME : I have my monthly bank statement from my bank

2013 - November
ME : I have my monthly bank statement from my bank

2013 - December
Wife : Bank statement date - "December 2013" - this comprises from 11-Sep-13 to 11-Dec-13
ME : I have my monthly bank statement from my bank

2014 - January
ME : I have my monthly bank statement from my bank

2014 - February
ME : I have my monthly bank statement from my bank

2014 - March
ME : I have my monthly bank statement from my bank
Wife : Bank statement date - "March 2014" - this comprises from 11-Dec-13 to 12-Mar-14

2014 - April
ME : I have my monthly bank statement from my bank

2014 - May
ME : I have my monthly bank statement from my bank

2014 - June
us : Council Tax bill in our names.

Its for these above months i seem to have some incomplete document and that is the best I have, for the rest of the period( covering 2 years) i have joint documents for each month( and all that they require).

Does the above cover the one document for every 4 month ( requirement!), and is this fine ? Caan someone please confirm ?

Only a caseworker can tell you that. What if your application is assigned to a caseworker who says it is not fine?

There is no rule as such. This is the topic on which i am basing this

http://www.immigrationboards.com/indefi ... 78875.html

However the requirement is cohabitation document is submitted for the 2 year period. I believe this does not mean every month, and if so what does this mean ? Are my document for just those periods not correct ?

Can you please elaborate your answer on this ?

At least 6 documents covering the 2 year period (not necessaily one document for every 4 months, though the guidance suggests "evenly spaced").

For reference, see Q19 here or read Note 8 in the SET(M) form.

I think you have more than enough!
